Our roasting was born in 1886 to Milan, since then we have been looking forward every day, thanks to the solid foundations of our history.

We select the best coffee batches for the creation of our blends. We test the organoleptic qualities, humidity, color and size. We taste and analyze the aromas to obtain high quality Bonomi blends.

SHARING
We spread the Italian soul of coffee around the world.

We are present in more than 30 countries. Today abroad represents 45% of our turnover. Over the years we have managed to share with the world what coffee represents for us.

HISTORY

1886 - FOUNDATION
Federico Bonomi, owner of a Milanese grocery store, opens the Bonomi coffee shop in Conca del Naviglio in Milan

1910 - SALE
Our coffee is sold in 100 Milanese drugstores

1939 - ACTIONS
Proud to become a joint stock company

1980 - EXPANSION
First expansion, the new production moves to Binasco

1986 - CENTENARY
100 years! Let's celebrate by creating the Centenario blend

1999 - NEW HEADQUARTERS
We inaugurate the new headquarters in Binasco in Via delle Scienze

2012 - ENERGY
We install a photovoltaic system supporting renewable energy

2017 - PRODUCTION
Thanks to a large investment in innovation, we open our production plant in Via Edison

2021 - TODAY
We look to the future, driven by the desire for novelty that comes from our historical passion for coffee
